Day 1

Consult

Submit your quote request via our form or email us directly. Tell us your team size, sport, colours, quantity and desired delivery date. Our team reviews every request within 24 hours.

Days 2–5

Design

Our in-house design team creates full-colour digital mock-ups based on your brief, with revisions until the design is exactly what you envisioned.

What happens

  • Full-colour digital mock-up within 48 hours
  • Front, back and sleeve views
  • Free revisions
  • Final design approval from you

Days 6–21

Produce

Once you approve the design and deposit, we move to production: sublimation printing on performance fabrics, precision stitching, and a quality-control inspection before packing.

What happens

  • Full-sublimation digital printing
  • Premium polyester performance fabric
  • Precision cut-and-sew construction
  • QC inspection before packing

Days 22–28

Deliver

Kits are individually bagged, packed and shipped worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight for bulk orders. Tracking provided for every shipment.

  • Export-grade bulk packaging
  • DHL / FedEx express shipping
  • Full tracking provided

    Fabric sourced and panels cut to your size breakdown.

  3. 3Sublimation

    Designs dye-sublimated into the fabric.

  4. 4Embroidery

    Crests and badges embroidered.

  5. 5Stitching

    Garments stitched and seams reinforced.

  6. 6Quality check

    Every piece inspected against our QC checklist.

  7. 7Packing

    Folded, bagged and labelled per player or size.

  8. 8Ready to ship

    Boxed with export documents, awaiting pickup.
