25 questions
Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 10 units per design for custom kits and teamwear. Goalkeeper kits start at 5 units, and the exact MOQ is shown on every product page. You can mix sizes freely within one design, and names and numbers can differ on every shirt.
How do I place a custom order?
Submit our quote form with the product, quantity, colours and your deadline. A sales executive sends you a detailed quotation and a free design mock-up within 1 business day. Once you approve the design and pay the deposit, your order goes into production.
Can I reorder the same kit later or add extra players?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork on file, so repeat orders and top-ups for new players are quick. Top-up orders of the same design are subject to the same MOQ, but we will always try to combine small additions with another production run where possible.
Why don’t product pages show a fixed price?
Custom teamwear is priced per order. Where a “From” price is shown it is the starting unit price for the standard specification; your final price depends on quantity (larger orders get lower unit prices), fabric upgrades, embroidery and packaging. Your quotation lists every cost clearly in USD, or in another currency on request.
Lead times
How long does production take?
Production takes 3–4 weeks from the date you approve the final design and your deposit is verified (4–5 weeks for fully bespoke designs). Shipping time is added on top — express couriers usually deliver internationally in 3–7 business days.
Can you meet an urgent deadline?
Often, yes. Add your deadline to the quote form and we will confirm whether rush production is possible before you commit. Rush orders depend on factory capacity and may carry a surcharge. The earlier you approve the design, the more options we have.
Customisation & samples
What can be customised?
Almost everything: colours, patterns, collar and cuff styles, crests, sponsor logos, player names and numbers, and fabric weight. Most designs are fully dye-sublimated so there is no limit on colours or logos. Embroidered crests, woven labels and custom packaging are also available.
Do you offer design help? Is there a charge?
Our in-house design studio creates digital mock-ups free of charge with every quotation, including reasonable revisions. Send us your logo, reference kits or even a rough sketch — vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the sharpest results, but high-resolution PNG or JPG files work too.
Can I get a physical sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Physical pre-production samples are available for most products and typically take 7–10 days to make, plus shipping. The sample fee is quoted in advance and is credited against your bulk order when stated on your quotation.
Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
We produce youth sizes up to adult 3XL on most kits, plus women’s fit options. We send a detailed size chart with your quotation so you can collect sizes from your players before production.
How do I make sure the sizes are right?
Use the measurement chart included with your quotation, or order a size set (one garment in each size) to try on before confirming your breakdown. Garments are checked during quality control against the approved size specification.
Payment
How do I pay?
Our main payment method is bank transfer. Every invoice has a unique payment reference — include it in your transfer, then upload your transfer receipt in the Customer Portal or through the secure payment link in your invoice email. Our Finance team verifies the payment against our bank statement, usually within one business day, and you are notified as soon as it is confirmed. Card payment through Payoneer is available on request.
Why do I need to upload proof of my bank transfer?
International transfers can take 1–3 days to reach our account and bank statements don’t always show who sent the money. Your receipt, together with the payment reference, lets our Finance team match and verify your payment quickly so production or dispatch isn’t delayed. If a submission can’t be verified we tell you why and you can resubmit.
Do you accept deposits or partial payments?
Yes. For custom orders we ask for a 70% advance to start production, with the remaining 30% due before shipping. You can pay in more than one transfer — each payment is recorded against your invoice and the remaining balance is always visible in the Customer Portal.
Which currencies can I pay in?
We invoice in USD by default and can invoice in other currencies on request. Bank charges applied by your bank or intermediary banks are the responsibility of the sender, so please choose the “OUR” charge option for international transfers where available.
Shipping & customs
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide from Sialkot. Most orders go by DHL or FedEx express, and large orders can go by economy air or sea freight. Shipping is calculated for your order and shown as a separate line on your quotation.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Unless your quotation is on DDP terms, the recipient pays any import duties, VAT or local taxes charged by their country’s customs. We provide a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin to keep clearance smooth.
Returns & defects
Can I return custom kits?
Because custom and personalised items are made specifically for you, they can’t be returned for a change of mind or for sizes that match your approved size breakdown. If anything arrives defective, misprinted or different from your approved design, report it within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will remake, replace or refund the affected items.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method — bank transfers back to the sending account, card payments back to the same card.
Instagram & Facebook Shop
How does buying through the Instagram or Facebook Shop work?
When you tap a product tag in our Instagram or Facebook Shop you land on that product’s page on xportyn.com. Because every kit is made to order, the product page leads to our quote form — your request goes straight to our sales team, who reply with pricing and a free mock-up.
Can I order through Instagram or Facebook messages?
You are welcome to message us with questions, but to keep your details secure and your order trackable, all orders are confirmed through the quote form. You then receive an official quotation, invoice and order number by email.
Customer Portal & tracking
How can I track my order?
Use the Track page with your order number together with the email address on your customer account. You will see the current status, production stage, estimated delivery and the courier tracking number once shipped.
What is the Customer Portal and how do I get access?
The Customer Portal is your secure account for viewing orders, quotations and invoices, paying by bank transfer and uploading transfer receipts. Access is set up by your sales executive after your first order — you will receive an email with a link to create your password.
Become an ISR
What is the ISR (Independent Sales Representative) program?
Our ISRs represent XPORTYN in their region, introducing clubs, schools and academies to our teamwear. ISRs get a territory, their own portal for submitting leads and tracking orders, marketing materials, and commission on orders from their customers once the invoice is paid.
Who can apply to become an ISR?
We look for people with a network in grassroots or academy football — coaches, club administrators, kit suppliers and sports marketers. Apply online with your experience and preferred territory; our ISR Network Coordinator reviews every application and replies within 5 business days.
