1. Orders & Payment

All orders require a deposit of 50% before production commences. The remaining balance is due before shipment. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.

2. Production & Lead Times

Standard lead time is 3-4 weeks from design approval and deposit receipt. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. XPORTYN is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs or carriers.

3. Returns & Quality

We guarantee the quality of all products. If items arrive with manufacturing defects, we will replace them at no charge. Custom products cannot be returned due to change of mind.

4. Intellectual Property

You confirm you have the rights to all logos and designs submitted to XPORTYN. We are not responsible for trademark infringement by client-supplied artwork.
